The managing director, Mark Purbrick, explains why Peoplogica was founded:  

During my first 20 plus years working in and interacting with SME’s and Multinationals, I was continually faced with the reality that a very large proportion of employees did not really enjoy their work and were certainly not fully engaged. The more I witnessed this, the more I wanted to do something about it. This was why I started Peoplogica, to help organisations to improve employee engagement and team performance”

Our consultants and business partners have a proven track record of assisting managers to increase organisational performance and employee engagement. Our aim is to transfer our knowledge, and the use of our proprietary management tools, to the management team through customised programs.
